Policies and Procedures at the Separation/Divorce Resource Centre
Your participation in the services of the SDRC will be understood you agree to abide by the the policy and procedure as set out below.
Any and all discussions within the workshop/seminar/counselling environment will be strictly confidential unless of an unlawful nature.
All materials used within the workshop/seminar will remain the sole property of the facilitator and The Separation/Divorce Resource Centre. Unless otherwise protected by copyright or patent , intellectual or tangible.
All fees relating to the workshop/seminar shall be paid as follows unless other agreements have been made:
Upon registration a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 cash or cheque is required to ensure your space in the seminar of your choice. ( start dates as available) On the first meeting of the seminar you will receive the book and initial program materials.
You can make four equal payments by cash and or cheque, after deposit for the balance.*Please note : returned cheques will be subject to a $25.00 additional administration fee.

Refunds: All programs are non-refundable If for any reason or circumstance you cannot complete the program we cannot provide any refund of monies paid as your space cannot be filled with a new client. When you are ready to restart the program we may make a partial allowance to be neogtiated at that time.
